Our Staff

Kristi joined the Visualeyes staff in 2019 and has over 20 years working in the Ophthalmic industry and is well know throughout Nashville as someone who can not only fit you with the frames and lenses to meet your needs but with a personality that will make you smile! Kristi is Certified with the American Board of Optometry receiving that designation in 2011. Kristi is located primarily in our Nashville office. She is proficient in fitting many types of frames including Silhouette and Maui Jim’s. With Kristi’s knowledge of the industry and her connections with the manufacturers she will work diligently to find exactly what you need. Kristi loves living on a farm and breeding dogs.

Janet Nichols is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant since 2009 and specializes in fitting multifocal, Toric, and custom soft contact lenses since 2016.  She is currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program in preparation for national certification and state licensure as a dispensing optician.  Janet has worked in the Ophthalmic industry for over 15 years and is known for her determination, patience and thoroughness to successfully provide patients with their best fit and vision in contact lenses.  She moved to Tennessee from Jacksonville Florida in 2010 and loves the natural beauty of this state in all four seasons.  When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys hiking trails with her retired Greyhound named Dino, kayaking, chasing waterfalls and working in her flower garden. 

Kim joined the Visual Eyes team in 2019 as the manager of the Franklin office. She has been fitting eyewear for over 30 years. She specializes in frame styling and keeps up with the newest materials and latest lens designs. Kim has a fun personality and loves helping people look and see their very best.  Kim lives in Williamson county and has spent the majority of her Optical career working in Franklin. In her spare time, she loves to play sports and travel with family and friends.
